Anthony Fini
Anthony was born in Queens, New York but moved to Orange County at the age of two. He was raised by parents from Italy with strong family values. He began working with the family owned construction company at the young age of thirteen.
In 1990, Anthony graduated from Monroe-Woodbury High School, and continued his education at Hudson Valley Community College. He received an Associates Degree in Drafting. After graduation, Anthony returned to the family business, gaining more experience in the construction field. In 1998, Anthony created his own corporation focusing on building homes and developing land.
As a New York State licensed realtor, Anthony is expanding his horizons greatly. He is a third generation developer, and has much to contribute to the already experienced members of TEAM ACKERMAN with Keller Williams Realty.
Anthony looks to his wife since 2000, Pretina, and their four children as his main source of inspiration to achieve his many goals in life. He is looking forward to a prolonged relationship with Keller Williams and TEAM ACKERMAN, where opportunity is endless, because we don’t make excuses, we give solutions, and get results.

In 2006 Tim joined and manages Team Ackerman, the Hudson Valley’s top producing real estate team. A seasoned professional, Tim has an extensive sales and marketing background having consulted in the past for some of the world’s most recognized high end brands. He has taking this extensive training and experience to assist both Team Ackerman and their clients.
Tim understands that buying or selling a home or investment property is one of the most important transactions and investment decisions of a person’s life. With that in mind, he utilizes the extensive resources available to him to ensure optimal results for his clients. His on- target recommendations are always based on facts and reliable market analysis, and on his vast knowledge of real estate and the market. Patient yet persistent, he is also highly detailed oriented and a very determined negotiator.
Tim moved to the Hudson Valley in 2003 from Fairfield, Connecticut and is a 1990 Graduate of The American University in Washington, D.C. with a degree in Pre-Law.
